Image, Etiquette, Being Your Best in Every Circumstance

Making the best impression on first contact and proper email etiquette are just the first considerations to sharpen your
competitive edge with poise and style. When it’s time to finally meet face to face, the tiny details that nobody
told you about become either grace notes or warning bells that make or break the deal.
Why let small faux pas separate you from a lasting relationship? What if you’re not sure what’s appropriate and
hat’s not? Like the right timing, smart dining etiquette, and what to wear on the all-important first encounter--
The more things to get right early on means there’s more to get wrong.
Meet Diane Craig, Diane is North America’s premiere professional/personal etiquette consultant on business
etiquette and social protocol. From business elite to the diplomatic core and even the Royal Canadian Mounted
Police, Diane has coached the crucial protocols and art of making the right impression. She’s the author of
the most popular Workshops, CD’s and booklets on dining etiquette, image and social skills development.
Whether it’s first date, an intimate dinner, swanky party or meeting the family,
she’ll help you answer questions like:
Should you offer to pay? If so, when should you make the offer?
How should you dress appropriately and what exactly is “smart business casual”, anyway?
What’s a gracious way to change the subject, exit the date altogether or end the relationship?
Diane is a graduate of the Washington School of Protocol and the University of British Columbia’s
Intercultural Studies and Communications program. She has been featured and quoted in many newspaper
and magazine articles as well as TV or radio. Recently, for example, Diane graced the outside back
cover of Reader’s Digest magazine. Diane has been a full-time image consultant for almost a decade
and she also taught at the Richard Robinson School of Fashion Design & Haute Couture in Ottawa.
In 2003 Diane received the Meritorious Service Medal from the Governor General of Canada and
the OCC Bronze Business Achievement Award for Business Person of the Year. She is also
Founder of the leading non-profit organization for Organ Donation, Sandrine’s Gift.
But that’s only one side of Diane, she knows precisely what you’re going through. Diane knows
what it’s like to be newly single after divorce and searching for rewarding relationships. She
also knows that’s the time we most need to shift our look, image, social skills and most of
all confidence levels. Spend even a short time with Diane, and you’ll quickly see that she’s
a person you can confide in and rely on.
Either on line or with a series of personal visits by phone or educational hands-on workshops,
Diane presents this essential material so the right answer is at your fingertips, when you need it most.
Is Diane’s personalized etiquette Coaching right for you? You bet it is, especially if you are about to:
